Driver banned

A TAXI driver has been fined £1,271 after plying for trade illegally during Henley Royal Regatta.

Arshed Abdul Aziz, 67, of Bruce Road, Woodley, was also banned from driving for six months at Oxford Magistrates’ Court last Friday.

He also pleaded guilty to failing to have the required insurance and failing to wear his council-issued driver’s badge.
