Thief bagged after returning to the scene of the crime to steal again

Caught with his pants down: A big bag of stolen briefs.

Police arrested a shoplifter on Sunday who targeted the same shop twice and stole over a grand's worth of goods.

Officers from the Windsor Central Neighbourhood Policing Team were alerted to a man wanted in connection with a high-value theft from Marks & Spencer.
While making enquiries, police were informed that the same man was in the process of committing another high-value theft, worth £924, at the very same store.
Thanks to CCTV operators, store staff, and officers on the ground, the man was 'swiftly detained' and arrested.
He was later charged with multiple offences and is headed to court.
