Mattingly and Palmer lead way

RUPERT House lead the way after the second round of the South Oxfordshire Primary School races that took place at Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge last Saturday.

The Henley school has 63.5 points with Shiplake and Sacred Heart joint second on 53 and The Heights fourth on 46.

The results from last Saturday were as follows:

Year 1: Boys’ — 1 Joshua Mattingly, Shiplake; 2 Keagan Mally, Shiplake; 3 Albie Barnes, Nettlebed. Girls’ — 1 Bethan Palmer, Shiplake; 2 Sienna Latter, Nettlebed; 3 Evelyn Harris, Rupert House.

Year 2: Boys’ — 1 Joey Quinn, Sonning Common; 2 Barnaby Calloway, Woodcote; 3 Max Smith, Sacred Heart. Girls’ — 1 Phoebe Soles, Nettlebed; 2 Alice O’Brien, Trinity; 3 Freya Hammond, Kidmore End.

Year 3: Boys’ — 1 Teddy Holland, Kidmore End; 2 Joseph Conway, Nettlebed; 3 Lucas Durrant, Kidmore End. Girls’ — 1 Grace Hollins, Manor Prep; 2 Emilia MacVarish, Kidmore End; 3 Amelie Ransom, Shiplake.

Year 4: Boys’ — 1 William Nicholson, Woodcote; 2 Blake Bell, The Heights; 3 Joseph Palmer, Shiplake. Girls’ — 1 Martha Sudbury, Woodcote; 2 Teddy Molnar, Rupert House; 3 Ellie Smith, Sacred Heart.

Year 5: Boys’ — 1 Ambrose Paviour, Kidmore End; 2 William Lamacraft, Shiplake; 3 Lucas Robinson, Moulsford. Girls’ — 1 Jemima Watson, Rupert House; 2 Eloise Wouters, Rupert House; 3 Sophia Luitjen, St Mary’s.

Year 6: Boys’ — 1 Isaac Ryder, Caversham; 2 Tom Leppard, St Mary’s; 3 Lucas Ferreira, The Heights. Girls’ — 1 Emily Palmer, Shiplake; 2 Willow Chamblerain, St Mary’s; 3 Elsie Davis, Sonning Common.
