THE abuse of parking restrictions in Duke Street, Henley, continues.
This lorry caused an obstruction by being parked on the pavement outside Oxfam in Duke Street one lunchtime.
The person who took the photo tells me she watched a woman with a pushchair have to walk into the road to get past and a police community support officer walked by without batting an eyelid!
