TWO Henley businesses have joined forces to create a wine-filled chocolate.

Chocolatier Gorvett & Stone in Duke Street and Fairmile Vineyard have released Fairmile Fizz truffles. The milk chocolates are made with a ganache with wine from the vineyard run by Jan and Anthea Mirkowski.

Mr Mirkowski said: “I am thrilled by this collaboration. Gorvett & Stone have made a fantastic job of incorporating our wonderful fizz into truffles.”

Katie Sheehan, of Gorvett & Stone, said: “Having a vineyard on our doorstep was an opportunity not to be missed.”

Both businesses are selling the chocolates.
