Five-star pub for hygiene

A PUB in Wargrave has been awarded the maximum five star hygiene rating following a food safety inspection.

The St George & Dragon in High Street was rated “very good” for its food hygiene and safety and confidence in management and “good” for its structural compliance under the national Scores on the Doors scheme.

The premises was inspected on January 21 by environmental health officers from Wokingham Borough Council.
