A RESTAURANT has received the highest possible hygiene rating.

The Golden Ball in Lower Assendon received five stars, meaning “very good”, under the Scores on the Doors scheme following an inspection by South Oxfordshire District Council environmetal health officers.

The scheme is run the Food Standards Agency.
