A VERY successful Cinderella dance in connection with the Henley Lodge of the Scarlet Spiders was held on Wednesday evening, upwards of 120 being present. The music was supplied by the Rag-a-Jazz Band. There were three competitions, the results of which were as follows: Spot dance, Miss Crook and Mr Sessions; Avenue one-step, Miss Sessions and Mr Francis; Lucky number dance, Mr Foss.

The annual Poppy Day will take place on Wednesday next when it is hoped there will be a record sale. Mrs Windsor, who is the secretary of the Henley district, will be very grateful to any lady or gentleman who may be willing to render assistance, or have already signified their assent to do so.
