EIGHTY pensioners from Charvil were given a Christmas tea party at Hare Hatch Sheeplands garden centre, near Wargrave.

The Barberettes, a group of female a cappella singers from Woodley, performed and Father Christmas provided a present for every guest.

The party was organised by the Twyford Village Partnership, Home Instead Senior Care, Age Concern, Hare Hatch Sheeplands and the Spend it in Twyford campaign as well as many shops, pubs and other businesses.
