Juniors excel at 10km Thames Path Challenge

TWO members of Henley Junior Triathlon Club finished in the top four places at the 10km Thames Path Challenge at Mill Meadows.

The two youngest participants, 12-year-old Adam Hunt and 11-year-old Tristan Flower secured third and fourth places respectively, from a combined adult and junior field of 251 competitors. Hunt completed the distance in 43 minutes 34 seconds and Flower in 49 minutes 39 seconds.

The event was part of the 100km Thames Path Challenge, organised by Action Challenge, and the 10km course was from Mill Meadows, through Remenham to Mill End and back along the river to finish at Mill Meadows.
