Countdown to 10km

THE Sonning Common 10km takes place next Sunday.

It starts at the primary school in Grove Road at 9.30am and the course takes runners out of the village and into the countryside and back again.

There will be a road closure in place for the first 1km up to Memorial Park.

Advanced entry is open until midnight tonight (Friday) and costs £23 for unaffiliated runners and £21 for affiliated.

Runners will still be able to sign up on the day, subject to availability and at the cost of £30.

The Kites Kitchen in the school will be open from 8.15am serving hot food and drink.
