A COFFEE shop and convenience store in Sonning has closed.

The Village Hamper in High Street had its last day of trading in July and held a closing-down sale at the start of this month.

The shop opened up in the former Ivy of Sonning restaurant in 2020.

It was run by Kathy Drogemuller, who had the aim of providing essential supplies to residents.
