Sounds of rock legends in one night of Voodoo

A MUSIC trio devoted to the tunes of Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Cream are playing the Kenton Theatre this weekend.

Guitarist Peter Orr, with rhythm section Jevon Beaumont and John Tonks, will play much-loved classics, including Red House, White Room, Hey Joe, Sunshine Of Your Love, Purple Haze and Layla.

Virtuoso Peter has spent three decades mashing up riff-based rock anthems.

Session drummer John has toured and recorded with Massive Attack, Neneh Cherry, Alfie Boe, Duran Duran, The Streets, Tricky, Fish and many others.

Jevon has played bass guitar for years, appearing on radio and television shows with artists including Moloko, Barbara Dixon, Martina Topley Bird and many others and has toured with The Crazy World of Arthur Brown.
