Pair injured

TWO people were injured when their car crashed into a tree in Highmoor at about 9.30am on Thursday last week.

The male driver, who had to be freed from the car, was taken to the Royal Berkshshire Hospital in Reading while his female passenger was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

Several fire crews and the Thames Valley air ambulance were called to the incident on the B481.
