Thames Valley Police has released a video capturing the moment a drink-driver ploughed into the back of a motorcyclist in Slough.
Craig Churches, of Berners Close, Cippenham, crashed into a motorcyclist and sent him sprawling onto the bonnet of his car in December 2024.
The 33-year-old was drunk and blew over 100 at the roadside, with the legal limit being 35.
He received a prison sentence for 20 months, suspended for 18 months, and will be required to undertake 100 hours of unpaid work and pay costs of £3,000.
He is also disqualified from driving until 2028 and will need to complete an extended retest.
The motorcyclist received serious injuries of which he is still recovering from.
Thames Valley Police is using this video to spread the message: "Please, don't drink and drive."
