SENSEI Ben Richardson took gold in Male Kumite (sparring) at the British Karate Federation Home Nations Championships in Sheffield.

Richardson, who is chief instructor at Henley’s Can Do Martial Arts, was representing JKS England in both the individual and team kumite — in which he also won bronze — with other members of CDMA.

Richardson and his senior instructors teach karate in Henley to all ages and abilities at Trinity School, the Christ Church Centre and Sacred Heart Hall.
