Help with collections

THREE volunteers are needed to carry out door-to-door collections for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal on October 25 and 26.

Gill Williamson, of Eastfield Lane, who runs the village’s Art Café, is appealing for helpers in three locations.

This includes High Street East, the right-hand side as you go up the hill, Thames Side, from Eastfield Lane to the Bridge and Hillside, the houses on the hill and in the close.
