Festive lunch

TICKETS are now available for this year’s Sonning Common Christmas lunch.

This will be held at the village hall in Wood Lane on Christmas Day from 12.30pm.

The lunch, which includes all the trimmings, is for residents who live alone or can’t face cooking turkey for two. Tickets (£12 each) are available from Occasions in Wood Lane.

The Fish volunteer centre will run a free bus service for those who need it. To book a place, call Chrissie Phillips-Tilbury on 0118 972 1058.
