SONNING Common and Peppard A won 9-1 against Our Lady of Peace A in their Reading and District Division 1 clash last week with Gary Morgan and Ed Lush both unbeaten on the night.
Morgan survived a scare before beating Alan Cummings 8-11, 11-8, 11-2, 7-11, 11-2 while Jamie Barlow edged out Pallavi Urankar 11-8, 7-11, 11-9, 7-11, 11-9.
In Division, 2 Simon Berry and Danny Dockree both got trebles as Sonning Common and Peppard B won 7-3 at Kingfisher D, reserve Jim Warren battled hard before losing out 6-11, 11-8, 7-11, 11-4, 9-11 to Huzeyfe Borazan.
A maximum from Holly Ransom helped Sonning Common and Peppard D to a 6-4 win against Pangbourne, Gerry Bacon picking up two wins against Leroy Wilson and Aleksey Mokhov.
A Mike Casserley treble and one apiece from Derek Wavell and Graham Paddick saw Sonning Common and Peppard E pick up a 5-5 draw at Springfield C in Division 4.
