Litter picked

ABOUT 25 people joined Benson’s first community litter pick last Sunday.

Volunteers filled 20 bags with rubbish, which included fast food containers, coffee cups and three traffic cones.

Organiser Abi Turner said: “People have to start looking after their own communities — the world would be a better place. I want this to be a really positive thing.”
