THE Mayor and his wife joked that they “like a full bush” when describing this year’s Henley market place’s Christmas tree.

Councillor Tom Buckley and his wife, Claire, visited Greenfield Farm in Christmas Common last Saturday to pick the Nromand fir.

He said: “Some of them are a bit sparse and aren’t quite full and puffy out to the sides.”

The duo cackled as Mrs Buckley said: “It’s bushy and we liked a full bush.”
