Worsfold rolls back years for Woodcote

WOODCOTE Development put on an impressive display to record their third consecutive win and their second in Division 1 of the North Berks League last Saturday.

Forty-year-old James Worsfold came in for his first match for the club in several seasons and his experience in leading the line proved decisive.

Worsfold scored in the 25th and 30th minutes before turning provider for Klay Fisher’s goal five minutes later.

The second half was goalless until Burghclere pulled one back with the last kick of the match.
