GIVEN the fine weather, the annual show in connection with the Henley and District Agricultural Society, which is to be held at Sheephouse Farm on Wednesday next, should be a great success. We understand the entries have come in well, although, possibly due to the lateness of the harvest on account of the wet weather, there may be a shortage in corn exhibits.

During last week from Wednesday till Saturday inclusive, and again on Monday by special request, residents and visitors had the rare opportunity of inspecting a really first-class exhibition of water colours executed by Miss M J Isaac. There were about 70 exhibits in all and these were displayed in four rooms at 38 Bell Street. They included many local views and sketches.
