KENNYLANDS Gymnastics Club had 22 gymnasts competing at the Oxfordshire individual apparatus county competition.
With gymnasts in nine different categories, they were up against some tough competition, but the gymnasts all performed well with their new routines while Edie Hodges was chosen by the beam judges for the standout performance of the day.
The results of the Kennylands gymnasts were as follows:
Zinc: Madi Lewendon, third on vault and first on floor; Erum Ullah, second on vault, third on floor.
Pre Fig Dev: Arabella Cooper, first on beam and floor.
Silver: Edie Hodges, first on beam and second on floor; Amber Wharton, second on beam and first on floor.
Fig Dev 3: Amelia Caffyn, first on bars and beam.
Time: Amy Evans, second on floor; Bailey second on bars and vault; Malaika Oji, seventh on bars; Isabelle Alvarez, eighth on beam.
Copper: Alexa Hughes, second on floor, first on vault; Darcy, third on bars, first on beam; Melia Drummond, second on beam; Hollie Mackin, first on bars; Jess Jones, third on bars, first on floor; Natalia Wojciechowska, second on bars and beam; Sienna Cotton, third on floor and vault.
Brass: Claudia Robinson, fifth on vault; Katie Towers, sixth on bars; Sawako Etherington, first on vault; Daisie Phillips, eighth on vault; Zoe Steiner, seventh on floor.
Meanwhile Kennylands hosted their annual club competition last month where more than 200 gymnasts aged four to 16 competed in 30 different categories in the Hollywood-themed event.
